If this is not possible, Complywise Solutions may request you submit additional information for verification, such as proof of residency or redacted government-issued identification.You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To designate an authorized agent, you must provide Complywise Solutions with written permission for the agent to make the request on your behalf or provide us with an executed power of attorney.
